You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the App, attempt to access data you are not authorised to view, or interfere with the App's operation.

You retain ownership of the mileage, expense and business records you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records. MileageCalendar provides record-keeping and calculation tools; you remain responsible for confirming the accuracy and tax treatment of your records.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services such as Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Sage, Google Calendar and Outlook. Each service has its own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

5. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Where pricing has not been finalised, please contact us. Free plans may have usage limits. We may update pricing from time to time with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that mileage calculations or expense categorisations are free from error. You should review all records before submitting them to HMRC or your accounting software.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
