OUTLOOK CALENDAR

Turn Outlook Appointments Into Mileage Records

Connect your Outlook Calendar and MileageCalendar calculates mileage from your business appointments — no manual journey logging, no reconstructing trips later.

Outlook Calendar tracks appointments, not mileage

If you use Outlook Calendar for work — through Microsoft 365, Exchange or Outlook.com — you already record every appointment with a location, date and time. Your calendar is a complete record of where you went and when.

But Outlook does not calculate mileage. It does not know the driving distance between appointments, it does not apply HMRC rates, and it does not produce mileage records for your Self Assessment.

So you either log mileage separately — duplicating work — or you skip it and lose the claim. Either way, the information is already in Outlook. You just need a tool that uses it.

Outlook Calendar + MileageCalendar = mileage records

MileageCalendar connects to your Outlook Calendar and reads the location from each appointment. It calculates the driving distance from one appointment to the next, applies the HMRC mileage rate, and creates a draft mileage entry.

Your appointment title becomes the business purpose in the record. You review and confirm which entries were business journeys — the app handles the distance, classification and reporting.

No manual journey logging. No reconstructing trips at the end of the month. Your Outlook Calendar is already your mileage log — MileageCalendar turns it into compliant records.
